The DuPont Country Club, nestled in the scenic Brandywine Valley, is a prestigious venue known for its championship caliber golf courses, state-of-the-art tennis facilities, and a modern fitness center. Currently, the DuPont Country Club is seeking a part-time Dining Assistant Manager to join its dedicated team. This role is integral to maintaining the highest quality of service across multiple outlets including the 1920 Restaurant, Legends Bar, Pool area, Fitness Window, Indoor Golf Center, and Bar Carts. The Dining Assistant Manager will support the Manager of Dining and General Manager by overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring that all services exceed member expectations while working toward the club’s revenue and profitability goals. From training and supervising the service staff to implementing food safety and sanitation regulations, this position requires a balance of leadership, operational expertise, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will promote a team-oriented work culture focused on mutual respect and member satisfaction. Responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling, compliance with food safety standards, revenue and cost control, and hands-on involvement during member dining hours. This role offers the opportunity to contribute creative ideas in collaboration with the Food and Beverage team and to be an active presence in the club’s vibrant hospitality environment.   • Minimum two years' experience in restaurant management in country clubs
  • Related experience in food and beverage service
  • Service training is preferred
