Our camp organization is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children during their summer camp experience. We pride ourselves on creating a community where campers can learn new skills, develop friendships, and grow in confidence under the guidance of caring and qualified staff. Our team is committed to upholding high standards of safety, professionalism, and engagement throughout every aspect of our camp program. We are currently seeking a motivated and responsible Group Leader to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in the daily operations and success of our camp. The Group Leader position is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning and oversight of both counselors and campers within assigned groups. This role requires a personable and organized individual who can supervise daily activities, guarantee camper safety, and support the Camp Director, Program Coordinator, and Office Administrator with various operational tasks. The Group Leader will lead orientations, facilitate engaging camp events, and act as a key liaison between staff and camp management. This full-time seasonal role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant outdoor setting, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the memorable experiences of children. The Group Leader will be on the front lines each day, fostering a positive and secure atmosphere, handling challenges as they arise, and ensuring adherence to camp policies and procedures. Ideal candidates have strong communication abilities, experience working with youth, and a passion for creating inclusive and fun camp experiences.
