Currently, CPC Logistics is seeking full-time Class A CDL Drivers to join its Private Fleet Operations group in El Paso, Texas. This role involves servicing Walgreens stores in the El Paso area through both Peddle and Relay Routes. Peddle Routes consist of making hand deliveries using a roller system early in the morning from Tuesday through Saturday, with start times ranging between 2 AM and 6 AM. Relay Routes involve drop and hook loads starting between 4 PM and 6 PM from Monday through Friday. Drivers selected for this position will be expected to perform both types of routes. The compensation package for this role includes a competitive hourly rate of $27.35 for Peddle Routes, with overtime pay available after eight hours daily, and a mileage rate of $0.56 for Relay Routes. There is a weekly minimum guarantee equivalent to 40 hours at the hourly rate, with pay rate increases and weekly guarantee increases scheduled at six, twelve, and eighteen months of employment to reward performance and loyalty.
