This position is designed for a dynamic professional who will take ownership of achieving sales objectives to increase revenue and expand market share within assigned territories. The Sales Leader will develop and implement store-level growth plans aligned with broader zone objectives encompassing revenue, product freshness, and realization. Regular communication and quarterly business reviews with partners will ensure that actionable insights and strategies are continuously optimized. This role requires a strategic thinker who uses sales data tools to support frontline sales teams and build customer relationships. The aim is always to maximize brand growth by acquiring new shelf space and enhancing product displays. • High school diploma required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
