The available role is for versatile team members who can work in several departments within the store, including Deli, Meat and Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce and Floral, and Front-End. Team members are expected to engage with guests proactively to understand their needs, offering meal solutions tailored to individual preferences. Working knowledge of store products and weekly promotions is vital as team members assist customers across multiple departments. Additional responsibilities include merchandising and stocking products throughout the day, maintaining cleanliness by assisting in housekeeping duties, and ensuring carts are collected from the parking lot. A professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards are also required.
