The role of Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Place Pasadena is a pivotal position within the hotel’s leadership team. The Human Resources Manager will strategically partner with the General Manager and Executive Committee to develop and implement HR practices fostering team engagement and adherence to legal and company standards. The role requires managing HR operations meticulously, including conducting compliance audits and managing budgets, while acting as a subject matter expert in labor relations — particularly union dynamics — to maintain a collaborative and productive workplace. As an integral talent steward, the Human Resources Manager proactively addresses talent gaps through strategic onboarding, leadership development programs, and internal promotions.
