Maintenance staff are responsible for keeping the entire establishment spotless, including both the Front of House and Back of House areas. This position is essential in maintaining the restaurant’s standards, encompassing everything from floors to bathrooms, working with specified cleaning chemicals and the operation of cleaning machines. This role demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety. In this role, employees will engage in a variety of tasks such as cleaning restaurant equipment including work tables and refrigerators, sanitizing dining areas by clearing and resetting tables, thoroughly cleaning bathrooms including toilets, floors, walls, sinks, and mirrors, and performing deep cleans of various items including prep sinks, three-tier sinks, drains, and other equipment. The Maintenance team also sweeps, mops, scrubs, and buffs floors using heavy-duty equipment, cleans walls, windows, tables, chairs, and maintains cleanliness of walk-in coolers and freezers. Furthermore, the role involves helping to repair or fix any broken equipment alongside the General Manager and assisting with loading and unloading supply trucks. Safety and security procedures must be strictly followed in compliance with company standards. Candidates interested in this position should be physically fit, capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, and able to work effectively as part of a friendly, enthusiastic team. • high school diploma or equivalent
• prior experience in restaurant maintenance or cleaning preferred
• ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
