The role of Lounge Bartender at Concord Hospitality involves a variety of tasks centered around providing an exceptional guest experience in the lounge area. The bartender is responsible for properly setting up and breaking down the bar, managing inventory including liquor, fruit, juices, beer in bottles and kegs, and ensuring the bar area is maintained with cleanliness and orderliness. Attention to detail is crucial as the bartender must follow Beverage Standards when making cocktails, utilizing standard jiggers for measurement, and strictly adhere to policies such as no cash tabs and proper check handling procedures, including all credit card policies. The position demands the bartender to be proactive in replenishing glassware, ice stations, and inventory supplies, as well as completing all opening and closing duties listed on the checklist. Maintaining sanitary conditions by cleaning floors, steam-cleaning trashcans, and securing the bar area after shift hours are critical to operational success.
