Currently, Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department based at the KBJC airport. This role demands a motivated team player who strives for excellence in all aspects of their responsibilities. The CAM will be instrumental in overseeing all flight department activities, ensuring compliance with company, FAA, and other regulatory standards. This leadership position requires a professional capable of maintaining and promoting Solairus's standards of service, safety, and integrity, while also managing personnel, scheduling, training, and client relations.
The Client Aviation Manager will supervise assigned personnel to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. They will coordinate crew and maintenance training, manage scheduling, approve personal time off for personnel, and maintain up-to-date records and manuals. A key part of the role includes fostering a positive work environment through effective communication, problem-solving, and team coordination. Moreover, the CAM acts as a liaison with clients and internal departments to address operational, personnel, and administrative matters. They are responsible for maintaining a high level of customer goodwill, promoting the company image, and actively participating in the Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.
