We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a guest-first focus while performing a variety of service duties, including taking orders, making menu recommendations, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for a delightful dining experience. Your role will also involve adhering to all state and federal regulations concerning food and beverage service, particularly around alcohol policies.
In this position, you will need to demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, working well with other team members and supporting them as needed. Physical stamina is important, as you will be expected to deliver food and beverages promptly, manage tables, and maintain cleanliness and order in both service and dining areas. Attention to detail, such as handling payments accurately and using our POS system effectively, is essential.
Communication skills are a key aspect of this role. You will need to welcome and greet guests warmly, monitor their satisfaction throughout the meal, and respond courteously to requests or concerns. Active listening, clear speaking, and social perceptiveness will enable you to understand and anticipate guest needs while ensuring they enjoy a seamless dining experience. You should be comfortable interacting in the predominant language(s) spoken by our guests and be attentive to their reactions and feedback.
This role also involves emotional intelligence and hospitality orientation, as you are expected to make guests feel comfortable and valued, much like inviting them into your own home. Your responsibilities will extend to pre-bussing tables, preparing final bills, processing payments, and being ready to assist your team members as situations arise.
