- 5+ years of experience in trade compliance or related fields
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Certification in customs compliance such as CUSECO or CCS
- Proficiency in trade compliance regulations including USMCA, NAFTA, C-TPAT, EAR, and ITAR
- Strong knowledge of customs documentation, processes, and international trade agreements
- Ability to conduct internal audits and maintain compliance documentation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise across multiple departments and external agencies
