• 5+ years of experience in trade compliance or related fields
• Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Certification in customs compliance such as CUSECO or CCS
• Proficiency in trade compliance regulations including USMCA, NAFTA, C-TPAT, EAR, and ITAR
• Strong knowledge of customs documentation, processes, and international trade agreements
• Ability to conduct internal audits and maintain compliance documentation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise across multiple departments and external agencies
