The role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) at TireHub is fundamental in ensuring the seamless movement and storage of tires within the warehouse environment as well as on delivery routes. This position demands precision, efficiency, and a strong sense of professionalism, as the LS is often the face of TireHub when interacting directly with customers. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage or timely delivery to customer locations, accurately inspecting and tallying inventory, and maintaining vehicle maintenance and safety standards. The Logistics Specialist is expected to handle tires physically while adhering strictly to TireHub's safety protocols, operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Additionally, the role requires the capacity to conduct inventory control activities including cycle counts and labeling as part of their routine workflow. An important aspect of the Logistics Specialist role is delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships with clients by representing TireHub professionally. This role offers a starting wage of $20.50 per hour with guaranteed wage increases totaling $2.00 within the first year of employment. The work schedule is Monday through Saturday with fluctuating day shift hours, offering a structured yet flexible work environment. The LS reports to an Assistant TLC Leader and must embody TireHub’s core commitments of being approachable, adventurous, relentless, and speedy.
