The role available is for multiple Logistics Customer Service Representatives based in Tempe, Arizona, on a fully onsite basis. This position offers an hourly wage of $21.00 and involves vital responsibilities that support the logistics operations of one of the largest ecommerce companies headquartered in Seattle. Customer Service Representatives will engage directly with approximately 200 drivers daily through audio and video communications to verify truck identifications, coordinate logistics processes, and provide timely updates to all parties involved. This role is essential to maintaining smooth gate operations, allowing onsite associates to focus on daily operations efficiently. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent phone etiquette, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high urgency environment. The role requires a tech-savvy individual knowledgeable in logistics and intermodal systems, adept at multitasking and problem-solving while adhering to standard operating procedures. Training for this position occurs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for the first three weeks, with the first day starting at 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Post-training schedules will be Friday to Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM MST, with mandatory overtime during peak seasons including six workdays and 10-hour days from October to January.
