The role of Lobby Experience Host at KPMG Lakehouse is a critical position within the hospitality team designed to deliver an unparalleled guest welcome and support experience. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for participants arriving at the facility, responsible for providing a warm, genuine, and professional welcome. This role requires checking participants into their guest rooms efficiently while maintaining comprehensive knowledge about the facility to provide accurate information and respond to inquiries confidently. The Lobby Experience Host works closely with the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet the highest standards, helping to facilitate a seamless guest experience from arrival through departure.
In addition to managing the entire lobby experience, the Lobby Experience Host will be tasked with cataloging and delivering participant luggage promptly both at check-in and check-out. This role demands refined communication skills, both verbal and written, as the candidate will interact with colleagues, guests, and business partners to ensure all needs are met with empathy and professionalism. The ability to adapt to changing situations and display emotional intelligence is paramount to create unforgettable moments for participants during every phase of their stay.
