CVR is currently seeking full-time Patient Services Representatives for their Greenwood, Indiana locations. This role plays a crucial part in the healthcare delivery team by ensuring smooth front-desk operations and facilitating excellent patient experiences. Patient Services Representatives greet patients warmly and check them in and out efficiently, while maintaining compliance with facility policies and HIPAA regulations. The position entails managing patient records, scheduling appointments, handling insurance preauthorizations, and collecting payments. Representatives work closely with clinical staff, the Precertification Department, and patients to coordinate care seamlessly. With flexible shifts structured over four 10-hour workdays primarily during daytime hours, employees benefit from a predictable schedule that fosters both professional growth and personal wellbeing.
