Currently, Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Kitchen Utility Lead at the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of the food and nutrition services department within a healthcare setting. The Kitchen Utility Lead will work closely with shift supervisors and department directors to ensure smooth daily operations. The employment involves a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday with shifts on the 1st and 2nd shifts plus occasional rotating weekends. The position offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and requires a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
As a Kitchen Utility Lead, you will have a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting team members, maintaining quality assurance, and fostering a positive, professional environment. Your responsibilities will include training and assisting team members, ensuring schedules are assigned and followed, and demonstrating leadership by setting an example. Moreover, you will be responsible for addressing and reporting any equipment issues and participating actively in customer and patient satisfaction surveys. You will also step in for shift supervisors during absences and contribute to creating a respectful and efficient work environment for the team and customers alike.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
