The Server position at Regal Cinemas is a vital role responsible for delivering superior guest service primarily in the concession stand area. This role may be classified based on theater needs and employee availability as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly. Servers are essential team members who ensure guests’ satisfaction by providing a friendly and efficient concession experience. This includes knowledge of and compliance with all state and local laws concerning the sale of alcohol, as applicable. The role also requires completing all necessary training, obtaining required permits and licenses, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The Server must uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer engagement to contribute positively to the overall guest experience. In addition to operating concession equipment, handling cash and merchandise accurately, and maintaining storerooms, Servers promote various programs such as the Regal Crown Club and are well-versed in the MPAA rating system. They are trained to apply excellent sales techniques including suggestive and upselling methods, ensuring guests have access to all ongoing promotions and coupons. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, as well as the ability to perform duties such as standing, walking, and engaging actively with customers throughout the shift. • Must be of legal age to serve/sell alcohol according to all state and local laws
