Jet Aviation is currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join their team as Line Service Technicians. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of safety and service for which Jet Aviation is known. The Line Service Technician will be responsible for a variety of essential duties including refueling and defueling aircraft, towing, directing aircraft arrivals and departures using hand signals, as well as using ground support equipment such as Ground Power Units and lavatory carts. Additionally, this role involves assisting with in-flight services such as ice delivery, coffee, catering, and other necessary customer comforts. Line Service Technicians also provide transportation services for customers and pilots, ensuring timely and courteous shuttle services between aircraft, hotels, restaurants, and other airport locations. Since Jet Aviation’s operations often require personnel to work under diverse weather conditions and around aircraft routinely, the candidate must demonstrate flexibility, a focus on safety, and the physical ability to handle the demands of the role.
The current shift available is from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $19.00, reflecting the regional standards without including additional premiums. - Must have high school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible schedules and willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Must obtain certificate from NATA Line Service training program
- Must be able to obtain a motor vehicle operating permit within 30-60 days
- Must obtain an airport ID badge within 30 days of employment
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driving license
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Must meet physical requirements including ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, stand and walk frequently, and work in noisy environments
