The Line Cook position at Covenant Living is an essential role focused on providing high-quality food preparation and service within a Senior Living and Healthcare environment. The role involves preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a wide variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events. The Line Cook will utilize advanced cooking techniques to produce small to large batch goods, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. This role demands adherence to standardized recipes, maintaining proper food quantities and quality, and upholding stringent sanitation and safety standards as required by federal, state, and local regulations. • 3-4 years of related food service and cooking experience
