• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least one year experience in data management or secretarial work
• Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office Adobe and web based systems
• Ability to generate accurate reports
• Knowledge of office procedures telephone etiquette and English usage
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Ability to maintain good working relationships and exercise good judgment
