Line Cooks at Red Robin are responsible for preparing food "the Red Robin way," which involves cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. This role requires adherence to strict food safety handling and cleanliness standards to ensure guests have worry-free dining experiences. Line Cooks not only contribute directly to the quality and presentation of the food but also help maintain the kitchen's efficiency and organization.
