Currently, Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking an In Room Dining Order Taker to join its esteemed Food & Beverage team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests by efficiently handling in-room dining orders and maintaining communication between guests, service staff, and kitchen operations. Reporting to food and beverage management, the In Room Dining Order Taker manages orders with accuracy, coordinates supplies, assists with daily operational duties, and upholds the hotel’s high standards of luxury and service. The position requires someone knowledgeable about all dining outlets, menu offerings, and operational hours to deliver detailed information and exceptional service to guests.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization within their operational areas. Responsibilities include order taking, assisting with amenity packages, documenting changes, supporting team members during closing procedures, and upholding Four Seasons’ renowned In Room Dining service standards.
