We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team at Mount Southington. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is enthusiastic about working with fresh ingredients to craft high-quality meals. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. The position requires working efficiently under pressure, especially during peak ski season hours when timely service is crucial to maintain guest satisfaction.
As part of the kitchen team, the Line Cook will maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply strictly with health and safety regulations, ensuring food is handled and stored properly. In addition to cooking, the role involves assisting with kitchen operations such as ingredient preparation, station setup, and inventory monitoring. Collaboration with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef will be key, especially during special events and menu development initiatives, allowing the Line Cook to contribute creatively and professionally to the culinary offerings.

                - Minimum of 2-3 years as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant
 - Strong knife skills
