FPACP is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Housekeepers to join their team at the Focused Care at Hogan Park location in Midland, TX. This is a non-exempt position with a work schedule that includes some weekends, evenings, and holidays, clearly designed to meet the needs of the community and residents they serve. The Housekeeper role at FPACP is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. Responsibilities include performing routine and scheduled housekeeping duties such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, window washing, carpet shampooing, vacuuming, furniture arrangement, and general cleaning of furniture, equipment, fixtures, and hardware. These duties ensure that all community areas, resident apartments, bathrooms, and offices meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. In addition to routine tasks, housekeepers assist in cleaning and refurbishing vacated residences, laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and residents’ clothing, and managing housekeeping carts with proper supplies in OSHA-approved containers. Housekeepers play a crucial role in the overall health and safety of the community by managing dust, chemical exposure, and pet dander while adhering to safety guidelines and using cleaning chemicals responsibly. Physical stamina is essential for this position as housekeepers frequently stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
