The Life Enrichment Assistant role at Legend Senior Living offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about enhancing the lives of senior residents through meaningful and engaging activities. This position supports the Life Enrichment team by assisting in the planning, organizing, and execution of diverse activities that enrich the residents' daily living experience. The role includes developing calendars of events, budgeting, coordinating with external partners, and managing activity setups and cleanups. Life Enrichment Assistants are also responsible for ensuring programs align with the preferences and needs of residents, sometimes providing oversight to specialized components like Memory Care activities. A critical part of the role involves transporting residents safely to off-site events, which means a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential. The work schedule is Wednesday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position is ideal for those who enjoy planning, have creative skills, and want to contribute to a warm, lively community environment. - Current, valid driver’s license
- Driving record (MVR) meets company insurance requirements
- Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
- Preferred experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, or demonstrated creative skills
