The Leasing Professional is responsible for handling all aspects of leasing to new residents, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from initial contact through the duration of the lease, and working closely with residents to secure lease renewals. This position offers competitive compensation with an hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $21.00 based on experience, business needs, skills, and geographical location. Additional compensation includes eligibility for various bonus programs, such as quarterly or annual bonuses for corporate positions or weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonuses for onsite property roles. The Leasing Professional will perform essential tasks such as conducting building and apartment tours (both virtual and in-person), managing move-in experiences, executing marketing research and community event planning, utilizing social media and digital platforms for advertising, and managing lease renewals and resident communications.
