As a member of the Concierge team, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that each guest’s experience begins positively and flows smoothly throughout their visit. This role is a PRN position with day shifts located at the hospital’s address at 3100 East Fletcher Avenue. Your responsibilities include conducting visitor registration efficiently and with professionalism, ensuring adherence to service standards, and maintaining an impeccable personal appearance and facility presentation. You will proactively engage with both internal and external customers, regularly circulating through the hospital to monitor and enhance service quality. Supporting hospitality by conducting tours and performing random interviews or surveys to gather feedback are part of your daily contributions. Cross-training ensures versatility in assisting across all entrances, lobbies, and waiting rooms, reinforcing a comprehensive approach to guest services. Successful candidates will bring a strong dedication to customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform tasks reliably and promptly. Experience and competency in similar hospitality or customer service roles will be highly advantageous.
