The Food Operations Manager position, based in San Francisco near the SFO International Airport, offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a team in a dynamic, production-driven environment. The role entails managing multiple shifts of supervisors and frontline employees, ensuring that food production processes operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory standards including those set by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
