Crothall Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Lead Housekeeper for its location at 1331 State Street, LaPorte, IN. This is a vital position within the housekeeping department, responsible for supervising, training, and inspecting the performance of housekeeping staff to ensure that all cleaning procedures meet the company’s high standards. The role demands a dedicated individual who can maintain optimum service levels, attend to detail, and contribute to an environment of cleanliness and professionalism that positively impacts patient and guest experiences. The position operates on a full-time basis with a schedule from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, including rotating weekends and holidays, providing an engaging and dynamic work environment. The pay range for this role is between $17.61 to $18.67 per hour, reflecting the importance of the position within the healthcare facility. The Lead Housekeeper plays a crucial supervisory role ensuring that staff not only adhere to assignments but also meet the quality and cleanliness expectations of the healthcare environment.
