We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Cook to join our culinary team at Acts. This is a full-time position with shifts generally scheduled from 12pm to 8pm, including some weekends. The role plays a pivotal part in upholding our brand's culinary culture, vision, and commitment to quality. Our kitchens operate on a food philosophy that champions passion for food and excitement in preparing and serving it. Our menus balance fresh and healthy options with more indulgent selections, reflecting seasonal trends and evolving customer preferences. In the Lead Cook position, you will prepare meals adhering to established recipes and support the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during each meal service. You will also play an essential role in training and developing line cooks and prep staff, helping to build a cohesive and proficient team. Candidates should be comfortable working across various cooking stations and methods and embody a strong work ethic aligned with the organization's high standards.
