This role is crucial in ensuring hotel profitability through effective revenue generation, cost control, exceptional guest satisfaction, and employee development while upholding Highgate's standards of quality and integrity. The Assistant General Manager will actively participate in hotel sales activities, including engaging with top accounts, hosting client events, and maintaining daily contact with on-site team members. Overseeing daily operations by touring departments and collaborating with department heads to maintain seamless functioning is a fundamental responsibility. The role involves conducting regular staff meetings and trainings in accordance with Highgate’s standards, alongside managing financial reviews and ensuring adherence to budgets and accounting procedures.
