The Food Service Worker at Lane College is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Food Service Supervisor or the Director of Dining Services. The individual in this position will support a positive dining experience through excellent customer service to a diverse campus population including students, staff, and visitors. The Food Service Worker is responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing and serving food items in accordance with standardized recipes, ensuring proper stock and setup of food stations, and operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining and kitchen areas is a critical part of the job, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
