You will also participate actively in menu planning, ensuring the preparation, portioning, and cost control of all dishes meet high standards. A critical aspect of this role involves managing stewarding staff to maintain kitchen cleanliness and upkeep of equipment, as well as supervising cooks to guarantee food quality, proper preparation, and presentation standards.
