The Barista role at New Here Coffee is an exciting opportunity to be an essential part of this community-oriented coffee shop. As a Barista, you will be the face of the café, delivering exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and warmth. Your responsibilities include crafting espresso drinks, teas, and house specials with precision and care, following established recipes and quality standards to ensure every drink delights. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and stocked café environment to accommodate busy campus rhythms. This position requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, social setting and values being part of a team that supports each other. You will handle transactions efficiently using a POS system and contribute to managing the café’s vibe by curating music and creating a positive atmosphere for all visitors.
