The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic and engaging position critical to the smooth operation and guest satisfaction of the entertainment centers. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about hospitality and entertainment who enjoys being on their feet, managing multiple team members, and solving problems swiftly. As a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager, you assist the General Manager with all aspects of center operations and management, stepping in as the acting General Manager when required. You will oversee everything from entertainment coordination, food and beverage quality, property maintenance, and staff management to ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
This role demands a proactive individual who holds guest satisfaction as a top priority. You will champion exceptional service standards, solicit guest feedback, and handle complaints with empathy and efficiency. Operationally, you will focus on optimizing staff schedules to meet center needs accurately, driving sales through marketing initiatives aimed at increasing league participation and open play bowling sessions. Building strong partnerships with bowling leagues and ensuring all administrative league duties are managed effectively will also be part of your responsibilities.
Recruiting, training, and scheduling a talented hourly staff is essential, along with motivating and leveraging the strengths of team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager also plays a pivotal role in driving food and beverage sales by overseeing the program’s expansion and ensuring consistent high standards aligned with corporate initiatives. Flexibility in work hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, is vital to support the center’s operational demands.
