SRG is currently offering a full-time Dishwashers and Food Prep Assistant position with a split shift schedule to accommodate the varying operational needs of their dining services. This role provides an estimated hourly pay range of $17 to $18 per hour, making it a competitive opportunity within the senior living and hospitality sector. The schedule includes two days with shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and three days from 1 pm to 9 pm, designed to maintain work-life balance with no late-night hours. Candidates will be responsible for washing dishes and supporting kitchen staff in food preparation. This includes handling crisp linen tablecloths, fine china, and utilizing top-quality fresh ingredients, as daily dining offerings feature seasonal and regional menus that are constantly evolving. Signature dishes and daily specials are prepared and served to enhance residents' dining experience, emphasizing quality and care. Essential to this role is ensuring a clean and orderly environment, including sanitary dishwashing per established procedures, maintaining an ample and clean supply of dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, and folded napkins, as well as assisting with buffet setup. Additionally, this position supports overall kitchen operations by helping with food preparation tasks.
