Auto Club Enterprises is currently seeking motivated and career-driven Remote Work From Home AAA Roadside Assistance Call Center Representatives. This position offers the unique opportunity to serve as the first point of contact for members experiencing roadside distress, ensuring their safety and satisfaction by coordinating urgent help. As part of a fast-paced 24/7 operation, representatives will benefit from comprehensive training designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide legendary service. The role offers a competitive starting wage of $18.85 per hour, with scheduled pay increases after six months, weekend shift differentials, bilingual pay for English/Spanish fluency, monthly incentive programs, and clear advancement opportunities. Representatives will handle a variety of emergency roadside assistance tasks such as dispatching towing services, locksmith support, fuel delivery, battery assistance, and addressing minor mechanical issues. This role demands excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional during high-stress calls. Representatives will also collaborate closely with internal and external teams to expedite member service and contribute to a positive, goal-driven work environment focused on member satisfaction. • Prior customer service experience
• Reliable high-speed internet connection via Ethernet with minimum 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
