The role of Restaurant Manager at QDOBA is pivotal to the overall success of the location. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with the brand values. This is a full-time position with an annual pay range from $51,500 to $69,010. The manager must lead by example, focusing on creating a people and guest-centric culture that consistently delivers excellent guest service and high food quality. Key responsibilities include managing staff performance through training, coaching, and evaluation; maximizing sales goals including catering initiatives; controlling food and labor costs; and ensuring compliance with all company policies as well as local, state, and federal labor laws and food safety regulations. This position also demands proactive problem-solving, inventory management, and fostering a safe work environment. In addition, the Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in employee development by identifying and nurturing potential internal candidates for leadership roles. They are expected to handle the new hire lifecycle from recruitment and interviews to ongoing employee training and retention efforts. This role requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational ability, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The manager will serve as a brand ambassador, modeling hospitality and engagement with guests while seeking opportunities to improve quality, service, and cleanliness. This position requires a valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift equipment and stock weighing 10-50 lbs.
