This role is an exciting opportunity to join Live Nation as a Food Service team member at the venue level, where you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational excellence. The position involves performing table maintenance and opening/running/closing duties consistent with company service standards. You will ensure guest inquiries are addressed politely and swiftly, while maintaining atmosphere control by circulating the work area during shifts. Responsibilities include keeping the floor clean and free of obstacles, promptly addressing spills, properly disposing of trash and recyclables, and stocking lines to par levels. Additionally, you will be expected to stay current on standard operating procedures and menu knowledge, follow private party service guidelines to ensure successful events, assist colleagues as needed, and maintain all safety and sanitation standards. Occasionally, you will be required to work at special events scheduled throughout the venue. This role demands a sense of urgency, critical thinking, and strong time management skills within a fast-paced, often loud and stressful environment.
