We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper full-time professional to join our team. This role is pivotal to the smooth operation of our facility, responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, kitchen areas, and other public spaces. The Housekeeper's responsibilities are comprehensive, ranging from cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, dusting and polishing woodwork, to managing linens and waste disposal. It requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team under demanding conditions. The position demands physical stamina and the ability to handle a variety of cleaning products safely to maintain high hygiene standards. This role requires flexibility concerning work hours, including shifts during weekends and holidays, adapting to the fluctuating needs of our operation schedule. Candidates should be motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to engage effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors. Fluency in English is essential for clear communication, with additional language skills such as Spanish considered beneficial. Proven experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining the aesthetic and sanitary quality of our property to enhance the guest experience.

• High school education or its equivalent preferred
• Previous experience within the hospitality industry preferred
