Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role entails strategic oversight of all security and safety operations across the resort. The Security Manager is entrusted with managing departmental staffing, training initiatives, budgets, and crisis management protocols to safeguard guests, employees, and resort assets. Upholding the resort's brand integrity and ensuring compliance with safety standards are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with department leaders, form strong partnerships with local law enforcement and emergency agencies, and champion a culture of safety awareness throughout the property. The role demands expertise in identifying potential hazards, developing effective security policies and emergency response plans, conducting regular patrols, and leading proactive safety training programs. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality security
• Knowledge of CAL-OSHA OSHA ADA and relevant state and federal safety regulations
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
