The Management position at Nordstrom is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about leading a team and delivering outstanding customer service within a fast-paced, upscale retail environment. As a manager, you will embark on a comprehensive Manager in Training program that educates you on every detail required to manage a successful unit effectively. The compensation package for this position is competitive and location-dependent, with the California pay range from $65,500 to $105,000 annually. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
