We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team in restaurant management roles, specifically as General Managers and Assistant Managers. These leadership positions play a critical role in driving the success of our individual locations by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting staff development. In the management role, you will be responsible for effectively managing labor and resources to meet budget goals without compromising the quality of service. You will analyze business performance metrics and control costs by taking appropriate corrective actions when necessary. Ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws, as well as adhering to Carl's Jr. policies and procedures, is essential. Our managers are hands-on leaders who supervise and mentor team members regularly, fostering a positive work environment that promotes continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Training and development are paramount in our management philosophy. Managers will provide ongoing coaching and feedback to their teams, making key employment decisions such as hiring, discipline, promotions, terminations, and compensation. Clear, consistent communication of business and team goals is expected, along with the recognition and rewarding of employees who demonstrate a positive impact on the restaurant's operations.
Joining our management team means becoming the heartbeat of each location. You will have varied responsibilities that include operational oversight, staff development, customer satisfaction, and business performance analysis. We value leaders who are independent self-starters, customer-service oriented, and skilled in team building. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must. We require all managers to be at least 18 years old, capable of working up to 47 hours per week depending on operational needs, and physically able to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Additionally, managers must obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting.
Our compensation packages are competitive with starting wages for General Managers at $63,000 annually and Assistant Managers at $54,000 annually.
