The Flight Paramedic role at Global Medical Response centers on delivering advanced life support and patient transport by air. This position requires working closely with a dedicated team of medical flight personnel and pilots to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care from the scene of incidents through patient transfer to medical facilities. The job demands strict adherence to safety protocols, timely and accurate completion of patient care documentation, and maintaining advanced clinical knowledge and skills. Flight Paramedics are responsible for equipment management, drug accountability including narcotic counts, and assisting with flight operations such as pre-mission briefings and liftoff checklists. Staffing flexibility is expected to cover open or vacant shifts to meet operational requirements. This position is ideal for highly skilled paramedics with a minimum of three years experience in advanced life support or critical care settings, preferably with flight experience. Required certifications include current EMT-Paramedic licensing in the applicable states, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP, with a mandate to obtain trauma certification within the first year and Advanced Certification (FP-C) within two years of hire. Preferred qualifications also include instructor certifications and NREMT-P certification if required by the assigned area.   • Minimum of three years experience in an ALS or critical care setting
  • Current EMT-P license/certification in states served
