The role of Delivery Driver at New England Coffee is crucial in supporting the company’s distribution operations. This full-time position involves working closely with the distribution team to enhance profitability and ensure customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and complete deliveries. The driver acts as a professional representative of New England Coffee, expected to maintain exemplary safety standards and comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations as well as company policies. Delivering coffee products efficiently and courteously requires a responsible and motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for preparing your truck by loading and securing products, planning and executing the most effective delivery routes, and engaging with customers to facilitate orders and resolve any issues. Your role includes handling payment transactions accurately and maintaining detailed records. Vehicle upkeep is also a critical aspect of this role; daily inspections and prompt reporting of maintenance needs help ensure the safety and reliability of company equipment. Drivers are encouraged to attend company meetings and training sessions to stay up to date with policies and procedures.

- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds daily
