We are currently seeking a Night Attendant to join our team with a starting wage of up to $15.00 per hour. This position is pivotal during overnight hours to ensure that guests receive exceptional service and support. The Night Attendant role involves a variety of responsibilities including conducting courtesy calls to guests shortly after check-in, assisting guests with requests or complaints after regular business hours, and managing guest check-ins and check-outs as needed. Additionally, this role requires maintaining the cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities, performing security patrols in common areas, processing guest payments, and maintaining accurate shift reports. The Night Attendant plays a critical role in upholding the standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service that HomeTowne Studios is known for. • High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
• 1 year in previous customer service position
• must have basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer skills, etc)
• basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required
