Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team at WoodSpring Suites in Palm Springs. This role is pivotal to the smooth operation of the hotel, tasked with assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and stepping in during their absence. • High school diploma or equivalent
• minimum of 1 years experience in hotel or hospitality management
• ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods
• capability to lift, push, and pull up to 20lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
