The role of Industry Hospitality Host at Insomniac is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about dance culture and are motivated to excel in the event operations space. As an Industry Hospitality Host, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated experience to industry guests, ensuring smooth communication and coordination on-site, and supporting various operational tasks related to event setup, maintenance, and inventory management. This role reports to the Director of Industry Hospitality and requires onsite presence at various event locations. It is an ideal position for proactive, personable professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with long hours, weekends, and occasional travel. The anticipated pay range is between $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, with the role not being remote-based.                 - Must have 2+ years of experience in artist operations at live events
 - Must be able to work long hours including weekends and travel as needed
 - Must be personable, professional, enthusiastic and a team player
 - Must tolerate loud noise levels and varying outdoor temperatures during events
 - Must be willing to work onsite at various locations
 - Must have work authorization in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
 - Must be able to work in open concept office space
