The position available is General Manager for a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by TCD Foods, an independent franchisee. This role is pivotal in ensuring the restaurant runs profitably and meets McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, overseeing various areas of restaurant operation such as customer service, food preparation, staffing, and overall business management. Success in this role requires leadership skills, the ability to set and achieve challenging goals, and hands-on involvement in daily restaurant activities.
