We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team, offering a competitive starting wage of $16 to $17 per hour, depending on experience. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in ensuring that each guest’s stay is comfortable and enjoyable by upholding the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
In the role of Housekeeper, you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks that contribute to the overall guest experience. This includes removing and replacing linens, thoroughly cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas, and ensuring all designated surfaces are sanitized according to OSHA regulations and company standards. Additionally, effective communication with the front desk about room statuses, maintenance needs, and guest requests is essential. This role emphasizes confidentiality and attention to detail, as well as the ability to perform self-inspections and accept feedback constructively.
Beyond routine cleaning duties, there is an opportunity for cross-training in other departments such as laundry, maintenance, or front desk functions, allowing for potential career growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hotel cleaning or similar experience as well as a year of customer service experience. Physical stamina and the ability to work in non-climate controlled areas are also important aspects of this job. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year hotel cleaning or related experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience of at least 1 year
- Must maintain professional appearance in provided uniform

- Able to switch between varied tasks frequently
- Basic English communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
